A Chef for All Seasons
Chef William Robertson grew up in New Orleans, where he was influenced by culinary masters and world-renowned cuisine. Mentored by a personal chef to the Consulate General de France, a la Nouvelle-Orleans, a chef from Paris, he was introduced at an early age to the art of wildcrafting, organic farming, and gourmet food preparation. William is a writer on such diverse subjects as agriculture, love science and gut health, and is a seasoned food product developer and founder of food product companies dedicated to environmental and human health.
